CUSTOM HAT DESIGN
Every hat begins with a shape — but becomes something else when it’s made for someone specific. Our custom design service is built around that idea. Made with a slower process, where material, proportion, and details are considered in relation to you — not just the product.
Each piece is developed in close dialogue. From initial references and intentions to final adjustments in crown, brim, finish, and a perfect fit, every step is shaped with purpose.
We work with the same materials and techniques found in our Handmade line — felt, straw, and carefully selected trims — allowing for variation while maintaining a clear point of view.

THE CUSTOM JOURNEY
A personal consultation (digital or in-person) starts the process. We discuss references, intention, and how the hat will be worn. From there, precise measurements are taken to establish a foundation tailored to your head and balance.
The first version is then formed and a fitting is scheduled. During the fitting, the shape comes into place — allowing for adjustments in crown, brim, and overall proportion.
Finally, we’ll add the finishing touches, with selected materials and finishing details, ensuring the hat aligns with your vision.
Custom pieces start from 6500 SEK. Each hat is made to order, with a lead time of approximately 4–6 weeks, depending on material selection and finish.
