SHIPPING & RETURNS
Our hats are handcrafted at the time of order and it takes around 2-4 weeks from production to delivery for all customers. We will send you a shipping confirmation once your hat has been sent your way.
Please contact us within 24 hours from purchase and we will do our best to help you.
When purchasing a new hat, it is important to be as accurate as possible with your head measurements to prevent getting a hat that is under or over-sized. You will need to measure your head using a measuring tape, or you can improvise using a piece of string and a ruler.
To take your head measurement, place the string or tape around your head around where the hat will sit. This should roughly be about 2 cm above your ear, across the mid-forehead, and completely circling your head. Hold the tape firmly, but not too tightly. If your measurement falls between sizes, choose the next size up.

We always send our customers complimentary cork fillers that can be placed inside the sweatband to give you a perfect fit. Should that still not be enough to fit your head we recommend you to send back your hat to us and we can adjust the size for you. Please contact us before sending any item(s) back.
We are a small company operating from our home and we don't have a studio yet. Sometime in 2023 we plan to have an atelier in Stockholm, Sweden where we can invite our customers to a physical space and the world of SoonNoon. In the meantime, please contact us and we will do our best to accomodate you.
Use a stiff brush (preferably horsehair) or lint roller to remove any lint and debris from your hat.
Store your hat crown side down for hats with shaped brims and brim side down for hats with flat brims to help maintain brim shapes.
Your hat may also be stored on a nail or wall hook, as long as nothing is resting on or pushing against the brim.
Never leave your hat in your car. They are made with heat and steam and left in a car on a hot day your hat will warp and shrink. If this accidentally happens, we can fix it for you. Just contact us before sending any item(s) back.
Do not pack your hat in your suitcase during travel. Just keep it on your head and and be proud you're wearing a SoonNoon hat.
Never throw your hat on your bed…its considered bad luck!
Treat your hat like the investment it is and it will stay with you for a lifetime.
We offer the highest quality rabbit fur felt, produced by one of the worlds leading hat felt manufacturer.
The felt can be pounced smooth or have more of a hairier finish called velour. Read all about our materials and more here.
At the moment we offer three different styles in our online store but we will constantly be developing new versions and more styles. Should you want something special we can make that happen! Please read more in our Custom Design section.
RENT A HAT
Currently we’re a small business, if there’s a high demand for more sizes we will put them up in the future.
It’s easy! All the information you need is included with your delivery. We have also included a return label with your order so that you can use the same box the hat arrived in, put the new label on it and return to your local PostNord office.
Unfortunetly not. The tie-dye hats are part of our limited edition collection. Therefore you’re not able to rent one of them.
